Cape fabric is good, sizing fits my under 12s but collar (a) is not adjustable and (b) has a metal clip. I use magnetic strips on hair clippers so they stay attached to the clip. And the neck hole is too big for all my kids - I had to use a different clip to secure it. A simple velcro or some plastic snaps would work much better. Overall it's ok but I wouldn't recommend it as intended. I tried it myself and the neck hole fits me perfectly. Not that I needed it.
