Received my cookware on December 8th 2017 and was so pleased with the look and ease of cleaning. Unfortunately, hard-anodized aluminum doesn't last long. The first pot that showed damage was my favorite pot because I use it more than the others. A large gravy pot started with a ring around the inner bottom of the pot. It was always a red flag when my teflon broke. I threw it away, now my hard anodized aluminum tarnishes leaving a ring in my pan. The benefit of this problem is that only one bank has been lost out of a set of 12 items so far. It's like losing a pot and having 5 left before I have to buy another set. I did not contact the company just wanted to share my story.
