Turn off and hold the power button for a long time (7-10 seconds) until the beep "Bluetooth pairing" is the standard pairing mode. There is no other way to connect them the first time. No, I don't see this as a disadvantage. I am completely satisfied with the headphones, I bought with a year warranty. I advise you to clean them from earwax every three to four months - one may start playing louder than the other
- Clear sound, bass is balanced, I can not charge for several days (but in total they play more than 12 hours)
- Silicone length retainers do not work very well, but you can do without them
