Quality seems good but 5mm hole
I haven't really used them as I was looking for a 12mm OD with a 9mm ID hole. Level of detail 12 mm. The outermost edge has an outside diameter of 9 mm. However, the hole is 5mm in diameter and a quick release could be threaded through. Overall quality seems good if it suits your needs.
