I've had problems with corrosion build up around the terminal blocks for a while. I've tried small coated fiber detergents with little success, as well as a few other protectant sprays that only last about a week. Then I cut the existing stamped terminals from wires to heavy-duty mil-spec terminals, attached them with a hydraulic crimping tool, and re-shrunk. Still getting some build up. The car audio store told me about this product and I couldn't find it in the stores but found it here. After a very thorough cleaning of the battery, terminals and cables and using this product as directed, it has been used for several months without corrosion build up. Do note, however, that this stuff is messier than anything I've ever used, including anti-seizes, and it thins with high heat, so keep that in mind when applying. I had to reapply it after cleaning the engine bay after battery work because I had so much on my hands and forearms, but if you don't touch it this stuff easily lasts a few months.
