With counterpoitn, I can manage my store from anywhere in the world as long as i have an internet connection. The customer service team always responds to me within 2 hours maximum time frame even if they are working during weekends or holidays. It's easy for new users who don't know how it works but still very helpful once u get used to its features. Sometimes when we try to add items into our cart there might be errors like "There was no response". This has never happened before so maybe this happens because we were using chrome browser instead of firefox which is recommended by them. We use the application mostly at night times while sleeping since it helps us organize sales reports every morning without having to go through all paper work manually.
