Counterpoint Review

With counterpoitn, I can manage my store from anywhere in the world as long as i have an internet connection. The customer service team always responds to me within 2 hours maximum time frame even if they are working during weekends or holidays. It's easy for new users who don't know how it works but still very helpful once u get used to its features. The interface makes it very easy to use both at my local store as well our online site, I also love how easily they keep up w/ changes in technology by adding new features frequently! There are so many great things about this system but one thing really stands out; their customer service team!!
