A good online payment solution that made easier running business transactions

With counterpoitn, I can manage my store from anywhere in the world as long as i have an internet connection. The customer service team always responds to me within 2 hours maximum time frame even if they are working during weekends or holidays. It's easy for new users who don't know how it works but still very helpful once u get used to its features. Sometimes when we try to add items into our cart there might be errors like "There was no response". This has never happened before so maybe…

  • The best thing about counterpoint is the customer support team which is very helpful and always responds to my inquiries within 2 hours

  • I dislike the fact that the system might freeze sometimes and it might not respond when we try to add items into our cart

A fantastic point of sale solution that is user friendly

The interface makes it very easy to use both at my local store as well our online site, I also love how easily they keep up w/ changes in technology by adding new features frequently! There are so many great things about this system but one thing really stands out; their customer service team!! They will go above & beyond for anyone who has an issue or question which means if there's ever something wrong when using them we know someone from CSR alllll day everyday until its fixed :) As far as…
