The interface makes it very easy to use both at my local store as well our online site, I also love how easily they keep up w/ changes in technology by adding new features frequently! There are so many great things about this system but one thing really stands out; their customer service team!! They will go above & beyond for anyone who has an issue or question which means if there's ever something wrong when using them we know someone from CSR alllll day everyday until its fixed :) As far as easeofuse goes - almost everything can be done without having technical knowledge (you'll have some assistance along way). But just like other systems sometimes issues arise where specific customers may need more help than what normal support provides because people don't take full advantage off these resources available through live chat etc...
