You would think that at this price point the quality assurance of this coffee maker would be excellent. Good luck trying to pour the water from the jug into the reservoir on the back of the coffee maker. You literally have to tilt the entire coffee maker on its right side at a 45° angle to pour water, as the lid of the coffee maker doesn't open far enough to pour out clean water. This is such a cute coffee maker. and I love the color but what a picture😕… No longer made in Italy - now made in China. I didn't notice the last one until after I bought it
