Review on πŸ”§ Efficient Hydraulic Grease Fitting: Straight Angled for Optimal Performance by Patrick Arnautov

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Lots of grease fittings but none will fit the missing grease fitting in my trailer hub

Not sure what I am doing wrong but I have tried all the replacement grease fittings (both SAE and Metric) in mine Trailer center as the previous one is gone but I haven't found one with the proper streams yet. I was sure one of these would fit perfectly but no luck so I carry a grease gun with me when I use my utility trailer and lubricate the hub as needed. I'm afraid to pull out another grease fitting and can't put it back in properly. When it works it's a big improvement over the old trailer hubs, but the manufacturer of my trailer is no longer in business and I don't want to take it to a mechanic as it seems like an easy task. Eventually I have to call for outside help if I can't replace the missing oiler. I've tried so many different sizes that I can't figure out what the problem is. I have removed most of the grease when the trailer is not in use, but I don't know if my trailer hub or spare grease fittings are the problem. This kit may be perfect for just about any grease fitting and it's an issue with my trailer hub, but it looks like the threads aren't stripped so I'm saving the kit for possible future use on other equipment. Find out.
