More than meets the eye, but worthy

Well worth the price, this horn is loud enough to warn pedestrians but probably not loud enough to warn drivers engaged in music, texting or phone calls are. It plays several notes at the same time, but not in any musical chord, such as a train or car horn. It's also a bit longer than it looks in the photo and sticks out well in front of the bike. After a month or two I noticed some corrosion due to moisture. The build quality is average for a horn made in China. Hope it lasts at least a few years. Updated September 2012: Well, he died two years later. falls apart, the rubber tears. Too many passersby ignored it anyway - some told me they thought it was a goose or something. Replaced it with an Electra bike bell (ding dong with chrome finish) which works much better and makes a distinctively sweet sound.
