Great for collecting basement water
A few times a year, gallons of rain seeps onto the floor at one end of my basement. There's a small dead end I've scooped out by hand with a sponge and bucket in the past - it puts a strain on my back. Now I just dip the bottom end of this little pump into the sump and spin it. ON THE. It fills a bucket that I can take outside and pour out. The batteries are doing their job now, not my back!
