Cuts great, choose one without a rubber handle
This mandolin is easy to use, easy to hold, sharp Just the way you want it, light weight, easy to stow away and easy to clean. There are at least 2 other versions of it. Stay away from the cheaper version that doesn't let you adjust the thickness of the slices. But buy one that doesn't have a rubber grip on the handle because the handle is flexible and will slip a little. If you're new to mandolins, or maybe not, buy gloves that will protect your fingers. Unless your recipes call for human blood.
