They do not mate with each other. You have to reconnect them every time you use them. Memorize the instruction manual or you will get frustrated every time you prepare for a trip. Pair with your phone, listen to music or chat with another driver. You have to memorize each key and how many times you have to press it for each function. One wrong button press and you start all over again. Too much money for a product so difficult to use. Functionality is the same as the $20 product. Don't waste money!
