Written made for smart health. .🤔 (As always, soups are often not made or shipped from the US, but I like being candid. and I'm always surprised when what says on the bottle doesn't match what says on the side. ) I also loved this it has lemon balm as it is relaxing AND antiviral. I'm surprised my favorite valerian isn't in it. Ashwagandha is hot right now but for some reason it doesn't affect me at all. Now after falling asleep I wake up feeling like hours have passed but it's been like 45 minutes lol😂 I find these guys work best intermittently rather than daily. I would say a high 4 but I gave it a 3 due to uncertainty of origin. I feel like there are enough formulas on the market right now so I will always buy the ones that state everything clearly when I can. 🐈🐈🐈
