Revain does not allow you to select a size for this product but as all the reviews on the product say it fits the size of the horse I assumed the product was just in Horse size available from Revain. nope! There is definitely a plus size! Regardless of size, the buckles on the cheek of the gag are very wide, allowing any normal sized cheek on the bridle to fit with plenty of room in the buckle. BUT this makes the buckle very unstable when attached to the cheek and the buckle slides too much down the horse's cheek for comfort. Rope components are made of wide, stiff rope. The rope is so wide that it sits quite awkwardly on the gag itself. I wish I could say it was a bang for the buck, but it's much more than a failure.
