Review on Sonew by Jim Cronin

I had high hopes for Sonew's offerings, but my experience with their customer care left me feeling disappointed. The products themselves were satisfactory, but I was left frustrated and disappointed because of problems with my purchase. First of all, I couldn't figure out how to get around the website because the filtering choices were so restricted and the product descriptions were so vague. Because of this, I had a hard time locating the goods I needed and wound up buying substitutes. My attempts to contact customer service to have an issue with my purchase resolved were met with unhelpful and dismissive answers. It took me a few tries to get a response that made sense, and even then the problem wasn't fixed completely. Even if Sonew's goods are generally satisfactory, the company's subpar support services are a major drawback. Based on my personal experience, I do not endorse this web shop.
