Update: The seller contacted me after seeing my original review. After I described the problem and found no solution, the seller sent me a new watch. (And I didn't even ask for a replacement). A new watch came with the same problem. However, after trying to adjust the pendulum for several days, I changed it to the old one from the first hours. Now it works great! I really appreciate the concern of the sellers to actively seek a solution to the problem. Thank you to the seller for caring for the buyer. I would definitely recommend this seller and will use them myself in the future. The watch is beautiful but the mechanism looks cheap. It has new batteries, the time is correct, but there is no pendulum swing. I've checked to see if it's stuck somewhere, but I think mine is defective. I don't know if I will return it or use it as is. It's a hassle to get it back.
