Fulfills its purpose: My office is always on the go, back and forth. The things I carry from one object to another are heavy. This bag keeps my laptop safe. It's spacious; holds all my stationery, lunch, drinks and my small purse. My files are flat. All in one neat and organized bag. with wheels as smooth as silk! The "ride" is smoother than any of my Delsey cases. The pattern is in tones of tropical gems. Do not Cry. Simply pleasant. I feel like I'm going on vacation instead of going to work! The only comment preventing me from giving this review 5 stars: The retractable handle feels a little flimsy. Maybe it's just me. I hope this is not a problem in the future.
