Love love love these pans! I was looking for quality, non-toxic baking supplies. I know you should stay away from aluminum, so the fact that it's considered a good non-toxic option is a little over me, BUT supposedly "aluminized steel" is better/different? I hope!? I've tried and tried to understand the science, but now I'll trust people who think this method is better than the usual cheap baking paraphernalia. USA pans never cease to amaze me - they are so thick, strong, never warp and really don't stick! Which, again, I figured you never wanted anything nonstick, so everything else I have is glass/pure stainless steel/clay/cast iron etc. But it's hard to find "fun" baking utensils made out of any of these materials. So I gave up. I'm a paleo baking fanatic and just wanted some fun pans! Also, they are not used every day - more as a treat. I love them all and can't wait to continue adding to my collection. So far I've made peanut butter tarts (I used the Salted Plains vegan peanut butter tart recipe and divided it into holes. I think it made 4? Not 6 I know) and Paleo Key lime cheesecake. Both turned out beautifully and nothing sticks! I highly recommend this pan (and everything else on it, by the way!)!
