The device works and works well. You simply plug it into a USB port, let Windows detect and install the device driver, and you're up and running in seconds. It comes with a device driver disk, but you don't need it if you have an internet connection. I bought it for my brand new 8th gen "Coffee Lake" processor 370 chipset system. I ordered a different brand Bluetooth adapter (plugable brand) but I had many problems with it because I couldn't detect Bluetooth devices(!) to crash iTunes and slow down my whole system. I followed the same steps to install this adapter and everything went smoothly. Windows automatically detected the device and installed the software, and then when I went to the Bluetooth dialog in System Preferences, my Bluetooth headphones were quickly detected, paired to them with no issues, and I've been enjoying good quality wireless audio ever since. have good experience with the products of this company and this continues this model. I recommend this device to everyone who works with Windows 10.
