Review on Versatile Mokpi 8-Inch Nonstick Skillet: Ideal Cookware For Your Kitchen Or Camping Needs by Yolanda Reed

not non-stick enough

cute looking crepe/omelet pan. love how light it is, great for those of us with hand/weakness issues.for the most part it is non-stick however the sides aren’t as non-stick as should be and edges around omelet stuck to pan all the way down, breaking up my omelet as i tried to unstick edges as you can see in my pic. I didn't care for how bottom of omelet came out, it was flaky dry like on, something that does not occur in my other like pan that is full size. i suppose for actual crepes (which i soooo miss my french crepes, really gotta find a keto mix or recipe version that is close to them soon), this pan would work better since crepe batter is more oily. only other thing i have made in this pan was my keto pancakes from a mix , they did cook up decently in this pan and didn’t stick.not so sure the 8” is worthy of its $23 plus shipping price tag though. $15 is more likely what you would find pans like these for in stores/etc.

Pros
  • Did pancake in this pot and it came out perfect. Really great for doing pancakes etc
Cons
  • The nonstick coating can wear off quickly
