i recently purchased a bread knife for my Home and Kitchen AND I could not be happier with the purchase. My analysis of this product showed that it is perfect for bakers who take pride in their crusty loaves. The scalloped blade easily cuts through dough without crushing it, ensuring a fluffy interior .The comfortable handle also provides an easy and secure grip. The only con is that it may not be suitable for larger or thicker loaves of bread. Overall I highly recommend this knife for any home baker..
