It gives you all kinds options in different columns so it's easy enough that anyone can use (if they have basic computer skills).
Sometimes there are times where I will try something out but realize later what would be better used elsewhere or maybe even differently than my intended option; however this is not always an issue because everything has been thought through before being implemented! You need more then just one person monitoring these websites at once--there might come along time when someone forgets about their password/login info causing some problems if another staff member forgot who was responsible etc... We've really noticed how much we rely heavily upon keeping accurate records as well using our computers instead doing paperwork by hand which helps us save money since paper isn't cheap either!!
