It gives you all kinds options in different columns so it's easy enough that anyone can use (if they have basic computer skills). The most helpful thing about churchwatch is that it has a database that you can put all of your information into and then you can update the information whenever you need. I love that I am able to keep track of my membership and donations in one place. It sometimes is hard to find information, but it really is not a bad program. The ability to search through all information stored in one place. It is easy to set up and administer. If I can't find what I need, it is usually because I don't know what to look for. The ease of use makes this software easy to learn. It is user friendly and has great features like email reminders about upcoming events and services as well as sending out emails with custom messages or links. I wish there was an option to have more than one calendar open at once instead of having them all open in separate tabs. I like that it is easy enough to use but also has some great features such as being able to set up recurring payments or making sure people are in good standing with their commitments (such as giving).
