Review on ChurchWatch by Jack Herrera

It is easy enough that I can use it without any training or assistance from anyone else in my congregation! The interface could be improved - especially with regards to how you organize information by month/year- but this isn't really an issue when using as intended (i'm not keeping records). We have been able to see our numbers grow each year since we started tracking them here several years ago. This has allowed us to make better decisions about what programs are needed at different times during service time periods so people don’t feel like they need more than one program if there aren’t many attendees present. Also helps me know who needs special attention before services start up again next Sunday morning because these stats show which members were absent last week versus those missing today's worship gathering etc..I am also looking forward to seeing where things go over future months once all data starts being tracked.
