The ability to search through all information stored in one place. It is easy to set up and administer. If I can't find what I need, it is usually because I don't know what to look for. However, this has also enabled me as a volunteer to have some control over the system and make changes without asking someone else with more technical knowledge. This has allowed us to have a better understanding of our financials. Also easier for volunteers to use. I like the easy to use interface. I like the fact that I can see who is online and who is not. I dislike that sometimes I have to refresh the page to get the information I need. I also dislike that sometimes the "loading" takes a long time. I am able to keep track of who is online and who is not. I can also see how many people are using the system at any given time. It is also helpful in knowing who is online and who is not.
