The most helpful thing about churchwatch is that it has a database that you can put all of your information into and then you can update the information whenever you need. I love that I am able to keep track of my membership and donations in one place. It sometimes is hard to find information, but it really is not a bad program. I also like that church watch has a mobile version of the program. This makes it super easy to check in with members if they are having a hard time paying their bills. I am able to check in with my members and see if they need any help.
