Pleasantly surprised by the quality of these pans. For the price I was expecting you to find something in every store but this is commercial quality. They are heavy, durable and well made. I've used them to bake cookies and cakes, and to roast veggies and chicken, and it distributes the heat evenly throughout the pan. I've washed two of these in the dishwasher and two by hand and there was no discoloration in the dishwasher at all. The only thing that I found inconvenient is that the rolled up rim of the pan holds some water, so I absolutely have to stand and rotate them to make sure they are completely dry.
