Review on UMIDIGI A11 Unlocked Smartphone 5150MAh by David Edwards

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Might be a great phone if that's what you're looking for.

Got this because my niece needs a new phone. She doesn't need much so I think this will work well for her. In general, a cell phone is a budget device, so you can't ask much from it. The camera is fine (I think) in good light, otherwise don't even bother to take pictures. I'm uploading a few pictures taken by this phone and my iPhone 12 mini for comparison purposes. The screen is huge if that's what you're looking for and the viewing angles are great, but I know I've had a lot of accidental clicks. The functionality expected for this processor is not very good, since it is noticeable that it costs it to work fluently. Very simple games work well, but don't expect them to work well with games that require modern graphics processing. When making calls, it works as it should, the sound is good, as is the speaker. The Bluetooth connection is also sufficient. Fingerprint scanner works well, Face ID is so-so; Gesture navigation is very good. The thermometer function is a gimmick, but a healthcare professional can use it well, and when compared to a real electronic thermometer, it's very accurate. The battery is huge, hence the weight, but it easily lasts 2 days without charging. It also takes many hours to charge. I think if you want a cheap phone that works like a phone and doesn't care that it works like a fast multimedia device, you won't regret it.
