Works VERY little. Also WAY too short.
I usually buy XL in this type of shirts because I like a little more room although I don't consider myself fat. After reading the reviews I ordered 2X Large. It was too small and too short so I have it exchanged for 3XLarge.Not much change.Also, the neck piece is VERY tight.I wouldn't recommend anyone to try these turtleneck sweaters.
