Review on Enhance Your Creative Workflow with the Wacom Cintiq Adjustable Stand by Chris Doe

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Longtime Wacom User

I bought this product as a backup/extra tablet for a computer other than my main computer. I wanted something relatively inexpensive for occasional needs or when my main device failed (I hate moving tablets as I hate cables). I have been using various Wacom products for many years and this product suits me. As always, installation is a breeze. Their drivers and system settings are very user-friendly and offer many options for different levels of pen and tablet control. Like all Wacoms I've used (from their top end in this line to the bottom end of the Cintiq line), this one has its quirks. Pen sensitivity can sometimes be lost due to a brush stroke, resulting in a thick, bold pen stroke out of nowhere. It doesn't happen very often, but it happens enough that it upsets me. The stylus is of course amazing, like all my Wacom pens. It's very natural, flows beautifully, and has a lot of useful tools. It feels good in the hand and feels good in the hand. The sensitivity setting is great. I like the 3-in-1 connector because it makes it easy to mix up the cables I had with some of my old Wacoms (or other brand tablets). The parallax was much better than I expected and the color representation is pretty good (nothing to complain about!). I recommend purchasing an additional stand for this product. This will make your life much easier. I also have an Express Key Remote that I am not happy with. Nothing to do with this tablet, but the Bluetooth connectivity lags too far behind to make it nice and smooth. The stand was worth every penny I spent on it. I definitely prefer my Cintiq Pro 24, but it's by no means much worse. This is a great quality product that I suspect will serve well for years to come and is perfect for crafters of all kinds.
