Having worked in several different industries, I can say that this product is incredibly easy for anyone who has never used such complicated tools before! You don't need any IT knowledge or experience; it's very straightforward & intuitive (in my opinion). It gives an overview of all tasks/projects assigned by one member at once time when you're logged into system via mobile device - no more having many windows open up simultaneously during work day. At first we wanted some additional features but after couple months using them they added new functionalities without hesitation so there was nothing extra needed from user perspective as well :) Have had great support both remotely while working remotely since COVID-19 pandemic started too!! One Serve have managed their communication extremely effectively through Zoom conference calls which allowed us still keep social distancing measures even though not physically being together right now ;) I like that it is easy for us as sales people, not only can we track tickets but also have access from anywhere in any device so its great when you are out of office or even home! The system does crash sometimes which makes me very sad because i love this service. It has been good being able solve issues quickly without having an employee come into work!!
