I like how it's easy for me as an admin user to view all projects in my area of responsibility. The software has not been updated since its early years so some things from that time were difficult to use or understand but we have received ongoing support which makes up somewhat for this problem. It was nice having many tools designed specifically for our operations including project tracking with timesheets integrated within each job page. Now that they've changed their system and removed these features, it leaves us without any tool at all similar to what others offer! They did provide great customer service when switching from another platform that had lots of functionality included in one package. There wasn't anything specific that I liked about them until recently after looking into other options.
