There is no way to contact the seller. Morovan Black dots/spots were seen when the product was opened. The paper side of the lid turned yellow upon arrival. The Morovan product has eaten all the way through the nail tips. Not the type of product I would recommend to live customers. The Morowan product is excellent for practicing enchantments on non-living training hands. The consistency is similar to other hard gels. The color is initially clear but turns yellow after > 24 hours. EDIT: After going through Revain customer service I was able to contact the seller. The seller will do a quality check and find out if this problem is related to the isolated lot.
