Review on ๐Ÿฅ’ Enhanced Houseware 790/C Zucchini and Vegetable Corer - Boosted SEO by Katrina Davis

Excellent tool - so easy to use

Check out the pictures I've uploaded to see what stuffed zucchini looks like. I used Chuck Williams' stuffed zucchini recipe from his book The Williams-Sonoma Cookbook and Cookware Guide (it's an AWESOME book by the way) and made just a few changes (instead of water I used 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cups of dry white wine). I also took the zucchini out of the pot at the end and reduced the sauce to thicken it. It's a great tool to get the job done. Push it in and twist it and it forms a natural circle and the serrated blades on either side make it easy to work with. It looks like he really wants to do all the work for me. After removing the core of the zucchini, fill them with the filling, holding them straight (near the top) on the plate with your non-dominant hand and adding the filling with your dominant hand. a little of the stuffing at a time and use the index finger of your non-dominant hand to push the stuffing into the hole a few times. When you see it coming out at the bottom, smooth it out on both ends. While I have top-notch cookware (Mauviel Copperware, Le Creuset, etc.), I'd love to see what else the company makes. It performed its intended function beyond my expectations.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • No mold required
