I like that you can create your own tours, add pictures to each stop or location along with any other information about it (address etc.) which is very useful if there's no info provided by local partners when booking flights/hotels before arrival at destination city! You have an option to make payments through bank transfers as well - not all countries allow online payment via credit cards only so this has been helpful too.

The layout could be more intuitive but everything works fine once we get used to using it. Great tool especially considering how easy-to use they made their website compared to competitors such us Viator & others out there who charge higher prices without providing better service than them. We've managed our tour reservations much faster since implementing this platform into my travel agency business.
