I like that it has all my tour information, including rates (which is important to me), schedule changes made by other operators or myself etc., so if there's anything wrong with any part of our tours we can easily fix things quickly without having wasted time booking another trip! It sometimes takes some getting used too but once you do everything will be fine - just keep working at learning how best use this software as different features have their own quirks which need figuring out first…
