I like that it has all my tour information, including rates (which is important to me), schedule changes made by other operators or myself etc., so if there's anything wrong with any part of our tours we can easily fix things quickly without having wasted time booking another trip! It sometimes takes some getting used too but once you do everything will be fine - just keep working at learning how best use this software as different features have their own quirks which need figuring out first otherwise they'll seem useless when compared against something else more intuitively designed.
We've had several problems where clients who booked through us never received emails from them about cancellations even though those details were included within the system itself; also, after sending an email off-site via Gmail/Hotmail then receiving confirmation back online was not always immediate. This makes keeping track much harder than what would normally happen using paper tickets only i.e. forgetting whether someone cancelled vs confirmed.
