I've never been a fan of diamonds, but these exceeded my expectations for diamonds. While they had the slightly grainy feel that comes with diamond stones, they served their purpose and they did better than most diamond stones. The granularity estimates seem pretty accurate and this will sharpen the edge nicely. Basically, if you like diamond stones, you will love them. If, like me, you prefer a natural stone like the Arkansas stone, you will be surprised at how similar they are. They are definitely way better than most diamond stones. I recommend it.
