All right. They are easy to assemble, but only hold the position for a short time and then have to be tightened again. For the price, I understand expensive ones cost around $100. So you get what you pay for here. I've found that using thread lock helps and fitting into one of the center holes prevents some of the label rotation you get if it's one of the holes along the edge. The stand always fits well in the car. It only seems like they would be solid if they added ribs or texture where the frame attaches to the post. Overall it met our needs.
