I like that it has an easy interface for employees who are just getting started at their new job or have never used any of our other software products before so they don't know where everything should be located in order to complete tasks quickly! It's also great because we can see what jobs each user will perform throughout the day as well as how much time was spent working per week/month etc.
For now this service seems fairly reliable but there might come times when you need help from your support team which isn't always available immediately (sometimes days) if you're not using them often enough. We've solved issues such as being able to check work hours against vacation requests easily without having multiple tabs open. And by checking out the application flow chart, we were able to understand better exactly why certain users weren't responding within expected periods of.
