Mann is my favorite brand when it comes to filters for my Mini/Volvo cars. I've driven hundreds of thousands of miles with Mann filters and they've never let me down. The filter construction looks solid and should filter well. High mileage vehicles that drive vigorously and engine health is never an issue.
