Great Quality at a fair price
I’ve had the light for about a month now and have been very pleased with the overall quality and functionality. Very simple yet very affective. The most important aspect of the product is that I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my seasonal affective disorder symptoms.The results were almost immediate. I use it for 30 to 40 minutes in the morning while I eat breakfast and read my newsfeed. I’ve noticed a marked improvement in alertness, focus, and energy level. I wish I would have made this purchase 20 years ago. Highly recommended.
