The ease with which I can access my files from remote locations, both home as well as work! They are super helpful when it comes time for troubleshooting or questions about their products (or lack thereof).

Some things could be easier like being able to have more than one account open at once but that's not really an issue since you're only using them remotely anyway - just give yourself some space so we don't run into any issues later down the road if your connection drops out etc... We utilize cloud storage heavily within our organization because its easy & fast compared to traditional backups/storage solutions such as tape drives / external harddrives etc..
