Set of 20 3mm shank carbide burs for use with CNC or rotary tools

I work with metals as a hobby and often use a good quality tungsten carbide (TC) bur to smooth and shape the above work piece. This is a very well made set of 20 small solid carbide burrs with 1/8" (3mm) shanks for use in my rotary tool. The head size is quite small with a maximum diameter of 3mm. The listing has great close up shots of the head profiles .See pictures of the set. They are best used on wood or soft jewelry metals such as silver, gold or platinum as well as brass, copper and softer metals.3018 CNC routers can use them for wood engraving. The life of millstones will be increased if wax lubricated used for jewelry They are not recommended for ferrous metals as the life of the burrs will be reduced even if they are made of tungsten carbide Their tiny size limits their usefulness for machining hard metals On softer jewelry metals with light pressure at high speed and they're great with glide wax, they can also be used to mold plastic, they're pretty lich small and therefore much more brittle than larger cutters. TS is brittle and mostly inflexible. LIGHT PRESSURE at high speed is the key to using them! ALWAYS WEAR EYE PROTECTION WITH FACE PROTECTION! Safety above all! I recommend this Lala Smill Brand Woodworking Carbide Rotary Drill, 1/8" Shank, Tungsten Steel, Carbide Rotary Grats, Wood Engraving Grats. For fine detail work, this set offers a large selection of tiny carbide burrs at excellent value for money. I hope you found the information and my review helpful.
