It's fast reporting system which helps me track my activities for each prospect, account or even lead within our CRM tool called HubSpot. I can easily access any report from anywhere via mobile device without having an internet connection! Nothing so far though as i have not used this specific product yet but if there are some benefits like faster data analysis then definitely try out! Reporting needs improvement too many clicks required while getting reports created manually takes time - would be great to automate these processes by creating customised dashboards/reports etc., Automation process should also include automated email notifications when new activity occurs- need to implement soon!! Great platform for tracking all prospects & leads status at one place alongwith detailed view into their engagement level!! This has helped us reach clients quicker than before & reduced number of emails sent per week.
