Looking for a BIG 3D printer!

Sovol SV03 Experience I've been looking for a suitable printer for several months. After reviewing and studying several applicants, I settled on the Sovol SV03. My main selection criteria were: 1. Straight extruder is highly recommended by many YouTubers.2. Large build plate. 350mm x 350mm x 400mm3. 32-bit controller, I have Creality v2.2.14. Quiet Stepper Motor Driver.5. The textured glass top makes attaching and removing PLA a breeze.6. Mesh Alignment with BLTouch. It just works. It is important to study the Z-axis setting for the ideal slice.7. Hotend overclock protection. Yes please.8. Large power supply, 350 watts Some of my hopes were: 1. Touch surface, I bought a touch screen upgrade.2. Good peak temperature, 260c3. Belts are easy to care for. It has X and Y tension knobs.4. thread sensor. Some people like it and some don't. I'm still on the fence.5. Resume printing after a power failure. The printer has completed all jobs. There were no problems assembling the printer. The packaging was great and the printer came in two parts, X & Z and Y, along with the screen in a separate box. Assembly took an hour. I've printed a few pieces without exception. Its accuracy out of the box is impressive. With no changes to the settings, I printed a 20mm cube that was +/- 0.04mm on each axis. The crutches are very quiet and can only be heard with large G1 steps. Fans are your noise beasts, and that goes for any printer. The extruder works well and seems to invariably hold the filament. Once I move on to other filaments I will have to update this review. If you are looking for a printer with the features listed above, you cannot go wrong with the Sovol SV03 printer. About me. As I already mentioned. , I bought a touchscreen upgrade. The screen updated and the wiring done with no issues. The only thing you need to be prepared for is hot glue. For some reason all the ports on the printer are hot glued. I assume this is a way to ensure the printer arrives fully connected when shipped. After carefully removing the glue and making all the connections. It's time to update the board to work with it. So I connect the Cura software to the printer as described in the documentation. When I download the provided .HEX firmware, the update fails. Now I have a nice non-working "rock" on my printer table. I contacted Sovol support and after several emails the support reps sent a key to successfully connect to the printer. No matter what operating system you are using, get the latest FTDI driver update. After the update I got unimpeded access to the printer and fixed the firmware issues. Bingo, the printer has been working and printing for a week with no problems. Sovol support team is very responsive and ready to help you. Then comes an update and minor corrections. Z-axis wiring harness needs support. Without them, the mesh cable assembly will drag along the frame. As I write this review I'm printing a circuit to replace the factory one. Hope this works fine. Also, as many YouTube reviewers have pointed out. Check the bed heater cord assembly to make sure it has enough room and the cord is long enough. It seems to bend to the limit if the cable doesn't protrude far enough out of the system case under the bed. I pulled my cable out of the case and everything is fine. If you have reached this point in the assessment. Thank you for reading. Much luck.
