Better than others.
The doctor said I need it, so I drink one of the flavors every day. Not what I would consider enjoyable, but bearable. Protein and other nutrients I need are important. Caramel is my favorite flavor I've tried. The price is better than what I can find in local protein drink stores with 30g of protein.
