The product in the photo was not sent to me. This is supposed to be a 2019 tablet but they sent me a 2017 model. I need to fix one because it won't charge. I lost money on the cases I bought because they are not the same style. Only one had 32 GB. The other was only 16GB. I lost more money when I bought a bigger memory card for my daughter's tablet. They don't respond to messages you send them. Your repairs cost more money than they're worth. If you have extra money to spend, buy it. My kids still love them so I had to spend over $200 to fix one. $75 for a memory card. I lost $65 on cases I bought before they came in the mail. Correctly.
